New Music Monday Submission

This is a Submission form to be considered for the Live and Amplified Spotify Playlist. Each Monday we will update our Spotify playlist and release a weekly article about some of the highlighted songs. The only 2 rules are that each song submitted must have been released within the last 90 Days and you must submit a specific song, not a full album.
